Requirements for exiting the United Arab Emirates via land ports :

1. Passport must be valid for at least six months.
2. UAE residents need a valid residency card for a free visa.
3. Rental cars require a NOC from the company.
4. Vehicles with loans cannot cross the border.
5. Original Mulkiya ( Car Registration Card ) should present while crossing border.
6. Vehicle owner should be present while crossing the border

Refund & cancelation policy : 

• For all bookings, any cancelation from the customer end, there would be a penalty of 10% of the booking amount.
• No refunds for any cancelation done within 24 hours of the booking ( Refunds will take 6-10 days to process )
• No refunds for bookings on offer days.
• There is no refund or hotel booking provided if a tour is interrupted due to bad weather or other circumstances after 35% of the tour has progressed.
