Rental Terms & Conditions :
- Rentals are calculated on a daily basis.
- To avoid additional charges, equipment must be returned by the end of the following business day.
- Rental returns must occur within business hours (9:00 - 17:00).
- Customers must return equipment in the same condition as it was issued, with all parts intact.
- A 10 OMR fine applies for leaving rental equipment outside the designated return area.
- Additional fines for lost or damaged items are as follows:
- Customers are responsible for the safe use of rental equipment.
- Dolphin Khasab Tours is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of rental equipment.
- By renting equipment, customers accept full responsibility and risk for its use.
- Equipment must be returned to a staff member at the designated return area during business hours.
- All equipment should be cleaned and free from sand or debris before returning.
- Payment for rental items must be made in advance.
- A security deposit may be required depending on the type of equipment rented.
- By renting equipment from Dolphin Khasab Tours, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
