<p>Requirements for exiting the United Arab Emirates via land ports :</p><p><br></p><ol><li>Passport must be valid for at least six months.</li><li>UAE residents need a valid residency card for a free visa.</li><li>Rental cars require a NOC from the company.</li><li>Vehicles with loans cannot cross the border.</li><li>Original Mulkiya ( Car Registration Card ) should present while crossing border.</li><li>Vehicle owner should be present while crossing the border</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Refund & cancelation policy : </p><p><br></p><ul><li>For all bookings, any cancelation from the customer end, there would be a penalty of 10% of the booking amount. </li><li>No refunds for any cancelation done within 24 hours of the booking ( Refunds will take 6-10 days to process )</li><li>No refunds for bookings on offer days. </li><li>There is no refund or hotel booking provided if a tour is interrupted due to bad weather or other circumstances after 35% of the tour has progressed.</li></ul>
