Shore Excursions cater tours for the cruise ship passengers who arrive to the Port of Khasab. We have a cruise season starting from November to April, where a large number of cruise ships arrive to the port of Khasab. Our shore excursions are specially customized for the cruise ship passengers as per the schedule of the ship. We do offer variety of tours like: Full day dhow cruise, half day cruise, mountain safari etc.
Full Day Dhow Cruise
- Timing: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Enjoy an unforgettable day cruising through the "fjords of Musandam" aboard our traditionally decorated Omani dhow. Relax comfortably on cushions and carpets while taking in the striking scenery. Discover ancient villages and swim or snorkel in the clear waters off Telegraph Island and Seebi Island, with visits to Khor Shem, Qanaha, and Maqlab along the way. Dolphins may also make an appearance. A buffet lunch and refreshments are served on board, and life jackets and towels are provided.
Half Day Dhow Cruise
- Morning: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Experience a memorable cruise through the "fjords of Musandam" on our traditionally decorated Omani dhow. Enjoy the scenic views while relaxing on cushions and carpets. Discover ancient villages and swim or snorkel in the clear waters off Telegraph Island. Dolphins may also be spotted. Refreshments, life jackets, and towels are provided.
Mountain Safari

- Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Take a 4-wheel tour through the impressive mountains of Musandam. Visit Jebel Al Harim, the highest mountain peak in the region at 2087 meters above sea level, where you can see fossils over a million years old. The tour includes visits to the village of Sayhe, Khor Najd (where the mountains meet the sea), and Al Khaldiya. Cold drinks are provided during the trip.
